Just one Cornet – Oh!
Dr Charlotte Richardson, our Product Development Manager also has many hidden talents. As well as leading the new product development team at S3 ID, when she finds the time, she likes nothing better than blowing her own Cornet! That’s because she is 2nd Cornet player in Stannington Brass Band in Sheffield. The band has just competed in the Yorkshire Championship Section amongst the likes of world renowned bands such as Black Dyke, Brighouse and Rastrick and Grimethorpe Colliery band.

S3 ID goes up to Cambridge
Derek Gennard, S3 ID Director, recently presented at the Ubisense User Group Conference at Jesus College, Cambridge. S3 ID is a Ubisense Technology Partner and uses the Ubisense Ultra Wide Band (UWB) products alongside its own patented technology. S3 ID has also uniquely developed a range of Ubisense UWB sensors for use in hazardous areas.
